  • "Ancient Arrow, Part IV," 8/20/03: Takes up yet again the meaning and import of WingMakersTM: The Ancient Arrow Project, prompted by a brief e-mail message.

What follows is prompted by an e-mail I received from one Kermit Wagoner, who had evidently encountered some of my previous writings on the WingMakers and the Ancient Arrow Project:

Subject: Ancient Arrow, etc

To Whom etc,

I have been reading Voyagers II in which there is a chapter titled, "UIR, "Wingmakers", THE LABRYNTH WEAPON and 2011". UIR is their abbreviation for Unified Resistance Front, which they indicate are, "Necromiton-Andromie/Jehovan Anunnaki Hybrid Nephilim Races", code named The Cortium, and which they further identify as "bad guys". The chapter is too long to even excerpt from other than to say that they indicate that the Wingmakers Ancient Arrow has been co-opted by The Labrynth Group at the instigation of the Corteum. You might take a look at http://www.uforq.asn.au/articles/wingmakers.html . You might want to get a copy of the book and read the chapter on page 553.

Looking for balance,
K. W.

With minor editing, I replied as follows:

I have just read the essay you referred me to, at http://www.uforq.asn.au/articles/wingmakers.html, which is evidently quite old, as it speaks of "Dr. Anderson" and "Anne," yet makes no mention of "Dr. Neruda," "James," or "Sarah De Rosnay." Other than your letter, I have only heard of the "Voyagers II " publication during the past week - in this instance via a derogatory comment by someone who believes that "Voyagers II " is an insidious construction of dis/misinformation crafted to advance the agenda of those who would consolidate control over the peoples of the Earth. I have not read the work, so withhold my judgment.

The "Wingmakers Review by Rita Copeland" is appropriately cautionary. I empathize with her comment that "Like Ulysses I find myself incredibly drawn toward the beauty of this whole document. Alternately, I sense an incredible, insidious danger. I want to explore further. But how do I ensure I am secured to the mast?"

I am fond of quoting Sören Kierkegaard's remark that "There are two ways to be fooled. One is to believe what isn't true; the other is to refuse to believe what is true." Is the "WingMakers Myth" (or "Voyagers II," for that matter) a siren-song and a snare to entrap the consciousness of sincerely seeking souls? Or is it their detractors instead who would lead us astray? For me, these are very difficult qustions to answer, for I am aware that I am not cognizant of "all the facts," and may therefore easily be led to false conclusions by the simple omission of a single "material fact." Consequently, I seldom reach "conclusions" - about anything.

I do not know, for instance, that the "speed of light in a vacuum" is approximately 186,000 miles per second (300,000 km/s), or that this is the highest velocity a material object may attain in the physical universe; even though I have read these "facts and figures" in countless "reliable" text and reference books. Simply, I have not myself performed the experiments, taken the measurements, or made the calculations required to verify any of this "beyond the shadow of a doubt." The same may be said for practically any so-called "fact" that "everybody knows." The same may be said, for that matter, about all the iformation that is conveyed to me via my own eyes, ears, and other physical and metaphysical senses. I am painfully aware of how easily I can be fooled by illusions and false appearances, on practically any imaginable level.

If you've per chance read my essay on "Knowledge,"1 you will understand that I only claim to know "one thing," and that is that I exist. This is certain knowledge - as opposed to belief - which springs entirely from my own experience, not from any "external source," such as an authoritative book, advanced research, proclimation of the "King," or of the "Most Holy Prophet," or "tablets graven in stone by the Finger of God." I'll readily admit that this knowledge (of my own existence) may not seem like very much, even to me; however, it does give me two additional corollaries I consider quite important: a) it is possible to know something; and b) knowledge springs from within, not from anywhere "out there." Coupled with the reasoned / intuitive surmise that All are One, which I find impossible to deny, I am led to at least the belief that if it is possible to know anything at all (such as my own existence), it must be at least theoretically possible to know everything whatsoever; and that this knowledge must likewise spring from within. However, I make no claim at this time to know anything beyond my own existence.

Having written to me about the WingMakers, you must be aware that I consider the "Ancient Arrow story" very important, or at least interesting, and as Rita Copeland wrote, "It may be the most important story since the publication of the Dead Sea Scrolls. If it is genuine you need to know about it. It is important information. It is new material. And it is world shattering." The vital caveat is that little phrase, "If it is genuine..." How is one to "know for sure?"

In my view, the only way to "know for sure," about anything, is to "consult within." And "success" even in this depends upon one's intended "destination." That is, does one intend to move "toward the light," or "into the darkness?" The "answsers" one discovers "within" depend in very large measure upon what one is "looking for."

Speaking only for myself, I can say that "what I am looking for" is a world consciously and intentionally governed exclusively by "Cosmic Law." It may be fairly argued, in one view, that "Well, that's what we've already got on planet Earth, so what needs to be changed?" This is true, for it must be so that everything without exception is "governed" by "Cosmic Law." Like it or not, "it is what it is," and this is necessarily a "Good Thing."2

By the same token, a forest fire may in the largest context be "a Good Thing." However, this does not obligate those who inhabit the forest, or depend upon it, not to make every effort to put the fire out as quickly as possible; and it seems to me the Earth today is infested by a widespread conscious / unconscious paradigm no less destructive to life and well being on a planetary scale, than is a raging forest fire on its scale. It is up to us, if we so choose, to "put the fire out" on planet Earth; and the way to do that, it seems to me, is to elevate our consciousness, individually and collectively, in a very specific and particular way.

"Cosmic Law," unlike "human law," is not "legislated;" nor can it very easily or effectively be expressed in human language. "Cosmic Law" is simply what it is, the conditions of "how things are" in Cosmos. There is consequently no way to "vilolate" "Cosmic Law," e.g. by stepping out of a twelfth-story window or an aeroplane in flight without any kind of restraining mechanism (such as a fire escape or a parachute), and evading the consequences of the "Law of Gravity."

The nearest I have been able to approach expressing "Cosmic Law" in words in the realm of human relationships on planet Earth is: a) "Do whatever you like;" and b) "Allow all others the same liberty." "Cosmic Law" is set up such that failure to any extent in performance of the second of these (b) invariably cancels in like degree the first (a).

At first look, this may seem not to be so, yet careful consideration discloses that it is. Prison guards and administrators, for instance, make a career of limiting the liberty of their fellow humans to "do whatever they like." They are in consequence as much prisoners of the prison system as are the inmates - who may themselves be in prison for similar reasons. The administrators may disguise this fact by abusing the inmates in ways that cannot be overtly reciprocated; yet because All are One, every abuse one inflicts upon another redounds in the largest context back upon oneself. The lapse of "time" between "cause" and "effect" may further disguise this "Cosmic Law," yet it applies nevertheless, just as inevitably as does the "Law of Gravity." (There is a "time lapse," by the way, even in the action of the "Law of Gravity:" you don't get hurt until you hit the ground.)

Similarly, there are evidently those upon this planet whose intention it is to make the entire planet into a vast and insecapable "prison," or "cattle ranch," with the entire population of the Earth (excepting only themselves) harnessed to their arbitrary will. In the later version of the "WingMakers Myth," these are called "the Incunabula,"3 although they are more frequently mentioned elsewhere, among other labels, as "the Illuminati." The highest levels of these "Incunabula" / "Illuminati" include some of the wealthiest families on Earth, who over hundreds, perhaps thousands of years, have amassed and controlled fabulous fortunes on this planet. I do not know the relative percentages, but it may be no exaggeration to say today that one percent of the population exclusively own or control 99% of the aggregate physical wealth of the human race; while 99% of the pupulation share amongst ourselves the remaining 1% of the world's wealth. These fabulous fortunes have been accumulated largely by means of plunder and theft, which constitute some of the mose massively heinous "crimes againse humanity" ever committed, or even imagined.

Although these "crimes" have been planned and intentionally executed by a relatively few individuals, there are very few among the entire population of the Earth who are not in some way implicated, either by overt complicity, or by conscious or unconscious acquiescence and cooperation. We "go along to get along," most of us, and so are accomplices to the very "crimes" of which we are also the victims. This is a consequence of an almost universally shared "state of consciousness" which must be fundamentally altered on a global scale if we are to "put the fire out" and establish a state of affairs on this planet more to the satisfaction of the "impoverished 99%" of its population. The "WingMakers Myth" may, or may not, have a valuable contribution to make toward this very necessary "consciousness shift."

"The WingMakers Myth" still seems to me a "mixed bag." It may be deliberately ambiguous, and for less than obvious reasons. On the one hand, it speaks of a synthetic soulless race, called by Fifteen "the Animus," which has allegedly been prophesied in Earth year 2011 "to establish a world government and rule as its executive power," according to Dr. Jamisson Neruda. "It was to be the ultimate challenge to humankind's collective intelligence and survival."4

This seems to me a possible sidetrack. A "synthetic soulless race" is already well established on this planet, has been for hundreds, perhaps thousands of years, and is now in the final "mop-up" stage of establishing a "world government" which is already, and has been for at least the past 90 years,5 "the ultimate challenge to humankind's collective intelligence and survival." Projecting this eventuality into the "near future," instead of the "recent past" and "immediate present," as if otherwise "everything is okay" on planet Earth, seems to me seriously misleading, if not a deliberate and transparent misrepresentation of the facts.

On the other hand, the "WingMakers Myth" strongly encourages the realization of individual and planetary sovereignty, which the WingMakers' Glossary defines as "a state of completeness and inter-connectedness. ...Sovereign beings understand that they alone create their reality and that they are responsible for their life-experience. They also understand that all other life forms are equally sovereign and that they also create their unique realities. Sovereignty allows that the source of liberating information is contained within the Self, and all that is needed to create new realities is also contained within the Self. It is the point of empowerment and connection to all through the frequency of love."6

Everything about the "WingMakers' Philosophy" resonates with my personal passionate quest for sovereignty and unfettered liberty, for myself and for all humankind. I have detected nothing about the writings attributed to the WingMakers, or to First Source, that does anything but affirm and encourage this passionate longing.

The Corteum, on the other hand, and Fifteen, notwithstanding his "noble good intentions," are another matter entirely. I addressed this issue in my essay "WingMakers, Revisited, Part I."7 In that essay, I came to the provisional "conclusion," in part, that "the most effective 'defense against' the invaders expected in 2011 would be - not to expect them. Expect instead that 'I am a fragment of First Source imbued with ITS capabilities.' Frankly, I feel a whole lot more comfortable with that than with placing reliance upon the hope that some brilliant cosmic strategist will figure out BST in time to divert the invaders and save the Earth - and incidentally rub out the memory or the life of anyone who might presume to thwart his (highly secret) agenda. How about you?"8

This returns us to the problem of distinguishing accurately between "truth" and "lies," and to the very specific way I mentioned earlier in which individual and collective consciousness must be elevated (in my opinion) in order to "put the fire out" on planet Earth.

In consistency with "what I am looking for," my personal "litmus test" for distinguishing between "truth" and "lies," or between "honorable" and "corrupt" intent, is harmony with the "Cosmic Law" expressed above as a) "Do whatever you like;" and b) "Allow all others the same liberty." Or as the WingMakers have it, "Sovereign beings understand that they alone create their reality and that they are responsible for their life-experience. They also understand that all other life forms are equally sovereign and that they also create their unique realities." Jesus of Nazareth expressed a resonant thought this way: "I and my Father are one;" yet also stipulated that "Thy will, not my will, be done."

Simply, those who take it upon themselves (ourselves) in any way to invade the sovereignty of other beings are thereby aiding and abetting the "agenda of control and repression" which has transmogrified a potential "Heaven on Earth" into a "living Hell" for everyone here. We have all done this, because our consciousness has been for various reasons dominated by fear.

Fear is the direct result of losing contact with the "Cosmic fact" that "I and my Father are one," inseverably and eternally applicable to all beings in existence anywhere, on Earth or elsewhere. Thus the very specific and particular "consciousness shift" required to "put the fire out" on planet Earth consists simply of stepping, individually and collectively, into the realization that All are One, therefore that "I and my Father are One," and consequently, that "there is nothing to fear." With this comes peace and the ability to allow oneself, and all others, the liberty "to do whatever we like." This is bliss; and it is possible, and very close on planet Earth, "right here, right now."

This may seem so simple, and stated so quickly, that its essential meaning may not have registered. This requires contemplation and introspection. Stop for a moment, if you will, and imagine our world, including all human cultures, changed by but a single factor: instead of fear of one another, and of "the unknown," the prevailing feeling between humans everywhere is honor, respect, and allowance by each, of each unique individual, to be what he or she elects to be, and to do whatever he or she chooses to do, under any and all circumstances. All individuals understand "that they alone create their reality and that they are responsible for their life-experience. They also understand that all other life forms are equally sovereign and that they also create their unique realities."

The only "crime" in such a world, which is universally understood to be "self-punishing," or the corresponding "Law" to be self-executing, is the "crime" of interfering in any way with the sovereign choices of another; because such action automatically compromises the sovereignty, and the liberty to choose, of the one so acting. It simply isn't done. There is nothing to fear in such a world, and no reason to inhibit the creativity of anyone, in any direction they may choose to take.

This, in a nutshell, is the kind of world I am "looking for," and imagine the WingMakers already occupy. It is the world I imagine we humans, living on Earth "right here, right now," may occupy as well - if this is our choice. This is confirmed by the WingMakers' claim to be our "future" as well as our "past."

"Getting there," from "here," requires a shift in consciousness, which transcends fear, and unconditionally embraces allowance of all sovereign choices. It does not require "going to war" against the "Incunabula" / "Illuminati," or out-maneuvering any alleged "synthetic soulless race," "Animus" or any other, or bringing to "justice" the perpetrators of the accumulated "crimes against humanity." It only reqires, individually and collectively, achievement of "the point of empowerment and connection to all through the frequency of love." This can happen collectively, only if it happens individually; and it is happening, individually and collectively, "right here, right now," with swiftly mounting momentum. So be it; and so it is.

I may make the preceeding paragraphs the basis for a chapter in a forthcoming book. Therefore, I ask that if you share them you include the following statement:
