Gentlemen:
I do not know to what extent you are empowered to act in decisions having an irrevocable impact upon the lives of all human beings now resident upon planet Earth. I am told that you are in a position to make decisions which influence the timing of the public announcement of N.E.S.A.R.A., the National Economic Security And Reformation Act, allegedly passed in a secret session of the United States Congress, March 9, 2000. I do not know that NESARA even exists. However, if it, or something like it, does not exist, and is not swiftly and promptly put into effect, then God help us all, every human resident of this planet.
This much is clear: the human race stands at this moment at a point of decision which determines for all time whether the "human experiment" conducted on this planet during the period of time known popularly as "history" and "prehistory" has been a "success" or a "failure." If you, gentlemen, are in a position to exercise any influence upon the outcome of this decision, then I urge you to attend with care and attention to the following observations.
I understand that the interminably delayed announcement of the NESARA Law is again being considered for further delay, pending impeachment proceedings against "president select" George W. Bush and members of the so-called "Bush Administration." Meanwhile, this rogue element which have seized control over the economic, military, and mass communication domains in the U.S. and effectively, throughout the world, daily consolidate their illegitimate and unlawful power, which they flagrantly abuse with a swiftly lengthening list of war crimes and crimes against humanity.*
What is certain is that absent "consent of the governed," the class of human institutions generically known as "government" have no legitimacy whatsoever. In all their diverse guises and masquerades, all such so-called "governments" bear the single authentic label: tyranny.
History is rich with examples of what happens when tyranny usurps the reins of power and pursues an agenda not connected to the popular will. In past episodes of this nature the scope of tyranny has been at least somewhat limited. There has always been some haven of escape, a "Last Train from Berlin," or a "Free World" beyond the margin of the "Iron Curtain," to which those ensnared in the coils of tyranny might aspire to escape, or from which they might hope for succor.
What threatens all humanity today is a tyranny of global scope, from which no escape may be possible, anywhere on planet Earth. There is today at large in the world a single rogue superpower which stands unopposed anywhere on Earth; with the means and the will to strike targets of any size or description, anywhere, with a vast and diverse arsenal of technological weapons. There is no one on Earth, who understands the full and unprecedented implication of this development, who can consider it "good news." John Emerich Edward Dalberg, Lord Acton, spoke true when he said, "Power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely." This is a development which must at all costs be prevented from happening on planet Earth. There is no viable alternative choice.
I am told there are a diverse group of "White Knights" who have for long been striving against those of the "Dark Agenda" whose will is to fasten the shackles of unlimited tyranny upon every human resident of this planet; and that NESARA, when publicly announced and implemented, contains the means of overcoming, decisively and globally, the agenda for global tyranny, and substituting for it the administrative mechanisms necessary to open the gates to economic, political, and spiritual freedom for all humankind.
I am also told that there are those among the "White Knights" who tremble before the evident power of the "Dark Agenda," and who consequently hope to postpone announcement and implementation of NESARA until after decisive impeachment proceedings have been formally launched against the rogue "Bush Administration."
If so, their hesitation is understandable, yet cannot be accepted. There is no more time. Every hour the rogue "Bush Administration" remain in power they employ their vast economic, political, and military resources to consolidate and strengthen their unlawful position. If it is by any means possible to stop them, they must be stopped NOW, not some indefinite "later."
Gentlemen, you share the fate of your fellow humans on this planet. You know, and I know, where the path of tyranny leads. It leads to oblivion. If we together - all six-some thousand million of us - allow the closure of unlimited tyranny upon the face of the Earth, then we and all our ancestors shall have lived utterly in vain; and all the human accomplishments we point to with pride and admiration shall have been for nothing. The "human experiment" upon planet Earth shall stand in Cosmos for all time as simply "a failure," and it would have been better if humans had never drawn breath upon the Earth. This cannot be. We must not allow it.
We must not allow it, because we are better than this, and we - all of us - deserve better than this. The human accomplishments we point to with pride and admiration are monuments to the glory and the potential of the human spirit; yet are only the faintest premonition of what we may accomplish, given the liberty to do so. Friendship, love, sharing, generosity, altruism, genius, creativity, and an endless list of human virtues and examples, attest to the potential for an entirely different destiny than to be crushed beneath the wheels of global tyranny. We owe it to ourselves, to each other, and to "the children of our children's children," to make the decisions now that will make possible a human destiny entirely other than that prepared for us by partisans of the "Dark Agenda."
Therefore, Gentlemen, I urge you, I implore you, if you are empowered to influence the announcement and implementation of NESARA: PLEASE do not delay another day, another hour, another minute! If you too tremble before the illegitimate power of the "Dark Agenda," know that the fate you shall share with the rest of us will be far more terrible, should the "Dark Agenda" be implemented, globally and irrevocably, than any possible consequence of stepping forth fearlessly and making an alternative choice. On the other hand, should we succeed - and we should - in bringing into actuality an alternative "game plan," we shall all share in the astonishing ongoing adventure of fashioning our future world in the image each of us carries hidden deeply within us: a world of peace, liberty, brotherhood, mutual human honor and respect, and unbridled human creativity.
My understanding of NESARA is that, among other things, it does the following:

Restores Constitutional Common Law in America, and eventually, around the world;

Creates a new U.S. Treasury Bank System with precious-metals-backed U.S. Treasury currency; absorbs and replaces the fraudulent and criminal Federal Reserve;

Forgives credit card, automobile, education, and mortgage loan bank debt; banks receive large compensation for liquidation of existing fraudulent, usurious bank debts;

Abolishes the IRS in America, and creates sales tax revenue only on new, non-essential items;

Requires the immediate resignations of the criminal usurpers, Bush and Cheney, and new elections within 120 days of announcement;

Requires the NESARA President Designate to declare "PEACE" to enable international banking changes; ends all U.S. military aggressive actions immediately.
Surely these are all positive steps away from the abyss yawning at our feet, and toward a future world in which all humanity, and all life on planet Earth, may rejoice with thanksgiving and profound relief. Please help us to bring these conditions into being at the earliest possible moment, and regardless of the threats, intimidation, and artificial delays created by those who would oppose them.
