Throughout prior centuries and millennia, there has prevailed in this world what might accurately be called an "empire of fear." This has been a genuine empire, because it existed globally, and ultimately, by brute conquest; and has been maintained and perpetuated by multitudes of fears, fomented constantly from every imaginable source, about every imaginable facet of life.

We proclaim instead a total alternative to the "empire of fear," which we call the Empire of Love. This too is a potentially global empire which grows by conquest, for as everyone knows, "Love conquers all;" and who is there in this world who would not be conquered by Love?

The Empire of Love does not rise in opposition or resistance to the "empire of fear;" nor is it a product of leadership and systematic organization. The Empire of Love is a spontaneous outpouring of the human heart, which has the power literally to create "out of thin air" a way of life and a perception of reality - a paradigm - in which all human action is governed by Love, not ruled by fear. It is not something which is delivered to us by some "Divine Messenger," or "Holy Priesthood," although these may have parts to play in its manifestation. Rather, the Empire of Love is a product of the combined discovery and invention of those very individuals whose souls yearn for it; possibly of you, who read these words right now. "If not you, who? If not now, when?"

Articles, Essays, and Monographs: In order to have an Empire of Love, it must first be "dreamed." The many different aspects of what it means, how it "looks," and "feels," and how it works, must be "imagineered" and explored. These topics and more are and will be addressed here, from many points of view. Input is invited from all interested persons who would like to participate in building a consensus on the meaning and function of an Empire of Love.
