"Dear Friends"

12 February 2007
Dear Friends,

I have posted a work titled, Metaconsciousness: Mythology for a Post-Civilized World: Abbreviated Synopsis originally intended as a draft for a live presentation covering some of the more important points introduced in the three-volume work, Metaconsciousness: Mythology for a Post-Civilized World; consisting largely, although not entirely, of paragraphs lifted from the parent work, interspersed with additional commentary.

There are links within this Abbreviated Synopsis to the parent work, wherein may be found extensive footnotes to sources, and ancillary materials not mentioned in the Synopsis – which isn't really a proper synopsis either, as it by no means touches upon a great many points discussed extensively in the larger work. Mainly, I wanted to capture some of the main points of the work, in hopes of stimulating participation in a wide-ranging and intricately intertwined discussion of matters which strike me as having some importance to those harboring hopes of seeing – or who hope that our children, or "the children of our children's children" will see, and be able to live in a world no longer besieged and compassed by the hazards and calamities we have practically come to regard as "normal." As always, comment and feedback are welcome, and encouraged.

The preceding is another edition of an accumulating collection of "Dear Friends" letters addressed to subscribers to the Freedom Digital Library distribution list. To subscribe, unsubscribe, or contribute commentary, send an e-mail stating your wish to [address obfuscated], and I will add your e-mail address to, or subtract it from, the current distribution list, or respond accordingly.

The communications you receive from me via e-mail will be brief, will not include any attachments, and will (with possible minor exceptions) merely inform subscribers that there is new content available at the Freedom Digital Library; with a brief description of what it is, and were. That's about it.

Love, Peace, Joy, Now,
Harmon

P.S.: The Freedom Digital Library is supported entirely by the design work of HARMONHOUSEtm Designs.
