Dear Friends,

Today we have a profound contribution by Karen Mills from New Zealand. This piece springs from the heart, it seems to me, of what we are calling here the "new paradigm." As I have said many times before, the "new paradigm" definitely is not new, but timeless. Here Karen articulates beautifully some of the timeless qualities of a Reality that underlies and thoroughly transcends the Fantasy in which most of us find ourselves. The piece which follows is challenging on many levels, particularly to the mind habituated to the "old paradigm" mentality; so be prepared in advance to stretch your Mind and your Intuition, to reach out with your Inner Self to grasp the feast Karen has brought to share with us today. I have taken the time to investigate from within the truth about all the channelling that is coming from so many different people, a lot of which is conflicting and based on phenomena. It is my belief that everyone brings through their experience of the past as they link with other vibrational frequencies from the Universe. It is like a radio antennae, reaching out, bringing in many stations. We are all so very experienced, wise and enlightened in our expanded state and through the veils of the 3rd dimension we bring as much as we can from our experience. Where then does it come from and why?

We have lived lives here in other times, and in other systems and our memory of this we hold within us. We are guided by and learn from our thoughts and emotions in this physical plane and we link into other experiences through the subconscious, and access them through our creative mind. I believe the worlds outside our Earthly reality are beyond our comprehension, while we are in dense form, and the only way we can access them is through our creative mind, within the limitation of Earthly reality. We 'see' our experience of other worlds as a light being, a loving entity who reaches out to us in this dense world and offers salvation.

I believe our Higher Selves use all kinds of ways to bring us understanding of ourselves, and present to us aspects of ourselves, i.e. identities we have been before in past incarnations, and we call them guides. We will receive exactly what we want, and if we want a Red Indian guide, an aspect of ourself who we have been before, to learn from and relate to, that is what we will receive. Someone who relates to Egyptian times will receive an Egyptian guide, i.e. a past 'personality' to teach and guide through remembrance of experience in Egypt.

Because all time is one and we link into past memories, anyone who has been a teacher to us in the past may be accessed again, and through the creative mind we may receive this person as a teacher, or perceive him/her also as a guide. That which has been taught before will come to you again to teach you anew. This is the meaning of 'guides': not entities outside yourself, but yourself guiding yourself, interpreted through our present time frame. The experience belongs to you alone and teaches you as you grow, but you will soon learn that you are a multi-dimensional being and that you do not need to be presented with these aspects - that you receive everything from your Higher Self within the One-ness.

I believe that we also link into other realities, through parellel time frames, and 'find' ourselves in other existances on other planes. We may bring through creative messages from this experience.

Many of these experiences are misunderstood by others, for they are real only to the person experiencing them. I feel that we link into our own experiences along our 'cosmic time line' and bring them into our 'now', but it is important to see that they do not come from and are often not applicable to our present reality.

At this present time of our evolvement there is a great influx of energy from Pleiades and Uranus which has the effect of rising our consciousness on this plane. However, we are in dense form, and therefore we can only receive that which is in line with our vibration. As it filters through, the creative mind does the best it can to assimilate it in a form we may comprehend. This has resulted in much activity on the astral plane.

Phenomena may be based upon lives in other times when wondrous things have happened. Or perhaps we have glimpsed the future at times? But it must be considered that perhaps it also has its source in the astral plane where we may pick up many of the ideas, desires and dreams of the mass consciousness. While the messages are very often valid, meaningful and focusing on self-empowerment, it must be seen now, by many people, that some of what is channelled in these times lacks substance as concerns our 'real' world and much of it does not eventuate. The higher dimensional experiences do not have a focus within time as we know it, therefore the messages cannot relate time. Any time given is simply an expectation, or hope from ourselves.

In our meditations we may 'float' through the astral and beyond, and link with all sorts of energies and visions - perhaps many coming from movies, books, dreams, thoughts  etc. within the mass consciousness. So our meditations are often made up of this, and the more open we are the more we shall experience and create. There are millions of us on Earth and each has our own perception of events that have occurred in our multiple lives, and our subconscious collective minds have quite a library to link into. Messages come from our own experience on all planes of reality, and relate also that which our consciousness and beliefs support. It is also important to consider that while we are focusing on receiving this kind of information we are expanding ourselves laterally and are not reaching higher levels of ourselves, but reaching into the same plane and receiving more.

Our Higher Self works through our creative mind, helping us at any time to receive that which we need to learn. The emotions and thought patterns of the individual determine the 'quality' of the channelling, and therefore the message may be full of Earthly confusion, and discernment from our hearts is essential.

The creative mind is capable of bringing high vibrational wisdom, but the message is only as pure as the channel, and astral negative energies are able to influence the purity of the message. Anger, resentment, fear etc. within the vibrational field of the channel will attract the same vibration. I believe in order to bring through pure words the energy field must be pure, as like attracts like and it cannot be otherwise. However, our Higher Selves are forever reaching out to us, and reach us with as much purity as we allow.

The information coming to our plane from all levels is increasing as our awareness grows. There are many people having many experiences as they link into other planes of reality. As we link with concepts of phenomena, plots, stories ( mass landings, upliftments etc.) our creative mind can produce for us all sorts of experiences, which are in line with these concepts. These may be used by our Higher Self to teach and awaken us so that we may learn that which the Soul wishes us to learn. They are awakening tools and are meant only to be awakening tools as is a child's fairy tale, to lift us into higher consciousness. We have watched "Star Trek" and other galactic movies, and many people together have created illusionary worlds of loving space commands, and have visited spacecraft as we have allowed ourselves to link in with this fantasy.

Such ideas become a giant thoughtform in the astral plane, and they are empowered by those who give the idea energy. The thoughtform becomes a global energy, and it is possible to receive messages from 'beings' within the thoughtform. This is an example of the power of the many. Part of our learning is the ability to avoid getting stuck in one concept and we must understand the truth of these ideas and move beyond them. Our real truth will reveal itself when we listen carefully to inner feelings.

The world of creativity comes from our link with the astral and inspirational planes. The great paintings and poems, literature etc. come from there and are part of our experience on the Earth plane. Children spend a lot of time there. It helps to maintain balance and peacefulness.

Now I focus on the part that the other dimensional aspects of ourselves play. Beings of light are all over the Universe and we are part of this. Our etheric subspace aspects are learning from our experience here, and this experience on Earth is indeed necessary for our soul's growth. We live here on Earth within duality, but the other parts of us are forever reaching to assist us as we all grow together. We are a multi-dimensional being and our reality here on Earth does not exist outside of this dimension. But it is an important link for our soul's growth.

These beings are inhabitants of other planes where we live in a variety of states. Because all time is one we exist there still. Understanding we are a more expanded energy helps us comprehend the truth of our muiltidimensional selves. As Souls we are expanded beings without separation, living in many dimensions at once. The separation we feel on Earth seems so real while we live here. It is an indication of how well we are playing the game. I believe that any information we may receive from other Universal beings are part of our own self, coming through from other realities to teach us. This becomes possible when we reach a state of peace, and open the heart chakra up to love. By maintaining alignment, pure intention and love, trust and faith we all may bypass the astral and connect with our Higher Self, and within that connection we may embrace aspects of our explanded consciousness. There is only you - for you are All There Is. All that is happening is part of your creation. A more expanded self does not require energy other than itself, nor does it see separation because this self understands One-ness.

When I considered all of this and understood it, I was aware that it may be somewhat discouraging, for there are no longer any crutches. However, instead of becoming discouraged I found myself even more drawn to connect with the truth of myself as a whole being, and have no interest in connecting with energies outside of my expanded self.

I have spent some time considering the concept of the Masters, and would like to focus on this now. Because we are reaching towards higher levels of consciousness, like attracts like, and as a result of this we are drawing the consciousness and teachings of the Masters towards us in these awakening times.

I had an interesting experience where I become aware of myself in a higher dimension where I was beyond all need for 'anyone' else and I realised then too that the Masters were connected only to our Earthly plane. Beyond that they simply become part of the One-ness. I received a vision that the idea of the Masters came from All There Is and began as a blue star which fragmented and the fragments God sent forth to Earth to teach us. Beyond our plane they mingle once again with One-ness. I believe that Masters do not exist as such in a separated form outside of our Earthly reality; they are a result of our beliefs and religious teachings and also our memories of the times these ones came to teach us. I understand that each of us is linked to a vibration/ray. This vibration is part of what we may see as a musical scale. We 'vibrate' to a certain note. These vibrations were sent forth by God to experience, and in doing so became less pure as they found themselves in density. However, they maintained their connection with the vibration through their Higher Self.

The many who have gone before us and mastered the Earth and other planes of existance belong to that same scale. After their ascention these Masters returned to the Oneness - purity of All There Is, but have left within the Earth consciousness a spark of their truth - the message that says it is possible for all of us  to reach higher consciousness.

From within the vibration we separated ourselves, but have maintained connection with our Higher Self to the degree our consciousness allows. In our separated state we believe ourselves to be 'lower' than the vibration that we are, and reach for masters 'above' us - as we see it.

We take the memory of Masters, Sages etc. who have taught us before and give them their Earthly name. These Masters came to Earth on the same vibrational scale as we ourselves, and we may feel a drawing towards a Master who is on our 'note' of the scale, as we link into the One-ness of ourself. Indeed if we call upon this energy and believe we are bringing a higher energy to assist, we will receive help through the purity of our intention. Our creative minds will give to us a message from a Master which may be perceived in many different ways.

The high energy is a part of our vibration - our own soul, our God essence. We have focused our power on the names of Masters for many centuries. The communications many are having with Masters now come from their own creative mind as it links with the energy of that vibration, and will be based on ideas as to who the masters are, and give us a 'greater being' on which to focus, someone who has been an example to us. The Masters came to Earth to be an example, not to take our power from us.

The energy of Masters who have come here before to teach us remains in our Earthly energy field, and channels may link with this energy, and in doing so portray a Master identity, while at the same time channelling their own subconscious connection with higher realms. This brings a message of love and light from a 'Master'; but who is the Master but yourself? If we would acknowledge the power of our own Soul fully and give it the trust and faith we give the Masters, Saints etc. we would achieve that which the Masters have achieved. It is to understand our own Soul is whole and powerful, and in our high dimensional state we do not embrace separation. Our Higher Self has connections through the Soul to higher dimensions and is continually learning from our experience on Earth. We cannot evolve unless through this Earthly experience.

The Higher Self is connected to the Soul, which is connected to the 4th/5th dimension and brings new input to the Higher Self consciousness. So in this way the Higher Self gets more and more light until it separates from the 3rd dimension and goes into the 4th/5th dimension. I believe that when we raise ourselves up past time and space reality and integrate our Soul understanding on all levels of our existance we too shall return to the purity.  Because all time is one we must use our Soul power to empower each and all we have ever been, thereby embracing all expressions of ourself - not only on Earth, but through parallel existances in other realities.

In these times we are reaching for the very high consciousness of our own Soul. Reaching for parts of ourself that have mastered many aspects of vast experience. It is often obvious that many of us see ourselves now as 'not as evolved' as we were in the past, but we must honour the fact that we are at this time living in density, and we can only bring so much of our vast experience into this plane.

So the consciousness is there, but we are unable to access it fully. Does this make us less evolved now than we were 'before'? We are choosing a more limited experience now. This is part of our further evolvement, and surely we cannot go backwards. We have attracted to ourselves these physical bodies that do not have our wisdom, so that we may grow and integrate our wisdom into them. Our challenge is to manifest higher consciousness into our present physical body. To stay focused and not become influenced and affected by all the energy around us. To bring our Soul into the Earth plane.

We are trapped in density here on Earth and things have not been seen to be improving. There is a divine, eternal, powerful force called God who sent us forth to experience this, but now He is calling us home. We are being provided with the means to receive energy from the Universe to help us free our veiled consciousness. God is not apart from us, but one with us, and we cannot be apart from Him. We, on Earth, have forgotten all this.

We have forgotten that we are God in experience, and consist of experience, and in our limitation we look for help outside of ourselves, not understanding that the space beings who are 'coming to save us' are our own memories, our own multi-dimensional selves, and not understanding that the second coming of Christ is the discovery of the Christ within us.

I have become aware of myself in a higher dimension and have seen the utter stillness and silence of this dimension, while being aware also of being part of everything in the peace. As I remained thus I became aware of God's need to experience more - for the peace and stillness was wondrous indeed, but after a time I clearly felt that as time passed it would become 'too much of a good thing' and the need for other experience was ultimately evident.

See then the wondrous way God experiences. All those parts of God on all those planes, realities, dimensions, all interacting at different levels, some not even remembering who they are! Other parts sending messages forth to awaken itself. And always we have the ability to travel beyond time and space and into 'past' or 'future' where endless scenarios present themselves. So is there any wonder channels are linking into many different scenarios? They are traveling the cosmic time line of their own experience, and making sense of it through Earthly minds. Always they receive only that which their consciousness allows. Our challenge is to purify our thoughts and emotions and bring through the highest expression of ourselves.

Each is valid as God experiences. You must take your own requirements from all information, and use discernment and your own wisdom to find your own truths. It is important not to be influenced by another's reality, and become 'lost' on your pathway. Each of us has our own truths and beliefs. Ultimately we will understand that there is only ourself and that we are not and never were separate from God. We need no-one to 'save' us, for we have the power and strength to save ourselves through our own connection with our Higher Self. With eternal compassion you have been guided thus far, and from the power within your soul you shall be guided back to Love.
