[What follows is the first in a series of [originally seven, now eight] essays on what I eventually began calling the "WingMakers Myth." The revised "Table of Contents" for the series now stands as stated below.]
Today's topic is of such a nature that I feel positively compelled to write about it; yet I hardly know where to begin, or what approach to take. Perhaps the best thing I can do at the outset is point you toward the source of the information I wish to discuss; then at least you will be able to explore it for yourself and reach your own conclusions. Fortunately, the information is on display on that most miraculous and liberating of Human inventions, the Internet, at the following URL: Now a brief synopsis of the story behind this most amazing (to me) of "new paradigm" sites. Bear in mind that I have no way to verify any of this; you can read it for yourself at the above URL, so I'll just supply a thumbnail sketch. My perspective will be one of simple credulity, basically because it is probably at least as easy to ascertain the veracity of a story by accepting it at face value until such time as self-contradictions are evident, as by starting from a position of intransigent skepticism. Also, I've been around long enough to be convinced that there is nothing too extraordinary to be actually true; therefore stark novelty is not adequate to disprove a claim that does not disprove itself through self-contradiction and inconsistency. But these are just my personal biases; as always, you're welcome to believe or disbelieve whatever you like, for whatever reason(s) are persuasive to you. There are two themes to this story, which intersect in a most unusual, perhaps even ironic, way. One theme has to do with the most clandestine and "sinister" of super-secret intelligence agencies, secret technologies and secret interaction with extraterrestrial entities; the other with a message from "elsewhere in space-time" that is extraordinarily elevating, liberating, "new paradigm" (in my personal lexicon), and utterly transcendent of all that "cloak and dagger stuff." It's quite a novel juxtaposition, to say the least. So I find myself with a profound (and surprising) sense of sincere gratitude for the resourcefulness and the astounding tenacity of the National Security Agency (NSA) and at least some of their unacknowledged, hermetically sealed sub-agencies and groups; for without them it is hard to imagine any of this ever coming to light - even though they evidently did everything in their power to keep it cloaked in impenetrable secrecy. This tends to confirm my sense (and my hope) that all things really are combining in the Cosmic orchestration of a sublime dance whose ultimate outcome cannot fail to bring cascades of Love and Light into the lives of all entities in Cosmos. The story begins with the discovery in a remote canyon in northern New Mexico of a few rather unusual artifacts in 1972. Investigation disclosed no evidence that a prehistoric culture had ever occupied the canyon, and it was assumed the artifacts, dated to the 8th century, had been left by transient nomads or visitors from other regions. One artifact, however, appeared to be unusual, and was marked with a form of symbolic writing unlike that of any of the surrounding peoples; indeed unlike any to be found anywhere in North America. Also, it was made of a pure grade titanium-beryllium composite, which is of course not usual for Native American artifacts. Because the artifact was thought to be of possibly extraterrestrial origin it came into the possession of the NSA, which investigated the site, but with little initial success. Nevertheless, the site was declared "off limits" to hikers, tourists and "ordinary people" and became the exclusive province of NSA scientists, who gave it the code name, "Ancient Arrow." The Ancient Arrow Site was actually investigated by a secret and heretofore unacknowledged department of the NSA, the Advanced Contact Intelligence Organization (ACIO); and more specifically, by an unacknowledged super-secret sub-group of the ACIO known (internally) as the Labyrinth Group; composed of Humans with super-high IQs, security clearances and salaries, in collaboration with a race of three-meter-tall extraterrestrials known as the Corteum. The primary mission of the Labyrinth Group is the transfer of extraterrestrial technology for Human use; and the "Holy Grail," so to speak, of their quest is for what they call "Blank Slate Technolgy" (BST), or interactive time travel: i.e. the ability to visit other times and make changes, or take action of historical significance. There were no major developments at the Ancient Arrow Site until 1994 when a team of ACIO scientists (incidentally with the aid of the mysterious titanium-beryllium artifact) discovered an obscure entrance to a cave in the canyon wall near where the artifact had been found in 1972. The passage led them about 25 meters inside the canyon wall to a chamber, at the back of which they found a large flat rock on the floor "maybe two and half meters across and about two decimeters thick." All this, and a good deal more, was disclosed by a "Dr. Anderson" who was there at the time and later defected to tell this story to the world. The rock was too heavy to move, but they had the sensation that something of value or interest was to be found under it; so they broke it up with sledge hammers, removed the debris and discovered a J-shaped tunnel, which led them into an artificially excavated series of 23 chambers connected at 30 meter intervals by an ascending spiral passage. In the words of "Dr. Anderson," "It was completely manmade . . . or alien . . . and we knew it the instant we got out of the transition tunnel. It was like being born into a completely new world. It was absolutely silent; the air was cool, but not uncomfortably cold. There were no signs of life, and it seemed like everything took on a new purpose . . . an intelligent purpose that we couldn't wait to unravel. "What was so remarkable was the incredible sense of walking into a surreal world - a world that was created by something completely alien. We assumed it was of ET construction from the moment we stepped out of the 'J' tunnel." Once in the spiral passage, the titanium-beryllium artifact emitted a sound that rose in pitch as they ascended the spiral, and ceased abruptly when they reached the first of the 23 chambers. What they found was a puzzle of such magnitude that the Labyrinth Group of the ACIO Dept. of the NSA may indeed have been the only group on Earth with the resources, the skill and the motivation to solve it - or to solve as much of it as they have so far done. The entire complex had been artificially carved by unknown means, but exquisite skill, out of solid rock; moreover, the debris from this carving, which must have amounted to a considerable mass of removed matter, have never been found. Each chamber was small and round and contained an artifact and a painting. Each painting was upon a perfectly plumb rectangular panel, placed opposite the entrance to its chamber, and done in colors of extraordinary vibrancy and richness. The unusual symbolic glyphs found on the titanium-beryllium artifact figured prominently in many of the paintings, but not in all, and bore a resemblance to ancient Sumerian. The vibrant colors in which the paintings were rendered were upon analysis found to be composed of sophisticated synthetic pigments, yet were accurately dated to have been applied ca. the year 700-something. The artifacts discovered in the chambers with the paintings were also found to be artificial, but of a technology beyond the ability of the Labyrinth Group to analyze. They were, and remain, with one exceptin, an impenitrable enigma. The exception was an optical disk discovered in the 23rd chamber, which upon exhaustive analysis was found to contain some 8000 pages of encrypted information in the mysterious language of a people who called themselves "WingMakers." The WingMakers are Human Beings who allegedly inhabit a time some 750 years in our contemporary future and utilized their time traveling capabilities to create the 8th century Ancient Arrow Site with the intention that it be discovered in the late 20th century. "Dr. Anderson" is, among other things, a specialist in ancient languages and cryptography, and was instrumental in discovering the key to unlocking the encrypted data on the optical disk, and subsequently in translating it into English. The disk contains treatises on science and philosophy, and compositions of music and poetry, and is divided into 23 distinct sections, evidently corresponding to the 23 chambers of the Ancient Arrow Site. So far - that is up to the moment of "Dr. Anderson's" defection - approximately 400 pages of the 8000 pages on the disk had been decyphered and translated, including two poetic compositions corresponding to each of the 23 chambers, 46 in all, and one musical composition corresponding to each of the first ten chambers. The poetry and musical compositions, in streaming RealAudio, along with .JPG images of each of the 23 paintings, are now on display at the WingMakers Web Site at the URL given at the beginning of this essay. Additionally there are two philosophical compositions on display, in my estimation of transcendent significance to anybody who shares an interest in the "new paradigm." The philosophical compostions make use of a vocabulary which is elucidated on the WingMakers Site in a separate Glossary, which is itself worthy of study; and are of such nature as to meld seamlessly with many of the discussions that have appeared on these pages in past editions of The New Paradigm. Well, maybe it's a bit presumptuous of me to say that; but there is a definite confluence of purpose and direction between tnp and the philosophical writings of the WingMakers. The first philosophical essay, "Life Principles of the Sovereign Integral," addresses the transformative process I have been calling a paradigm shift between the "old paradigm" and the "new paradigm," and which the WingMakers describe as a transformation "beyond the evolution / saviorship model of existence" to a "realization that perceived reality is Source Reality personified in the form of individual preferences." The Sovereign Integral, according to the Glossary, "is a state of consciousness whereby the entity and all of its various forms of expression and perception are integrated as a conscious wholeness. This is a state of consciousness that all entities are evolving towards, and at some point, each will reach a state of transformation that allows the entity and its instruments of experience (i.e., the human instrument) to become an integrated expression that is aligned and in harmony with Source Intelligence." Furthermore, again from the Glossary, "Source Intelligence is the energy-consciousness of Prime Creator that is cast into all worlds, all dimensions, all realities, all life forms, all times and places. Source Intelligence is the Prime Creator projected into all that is. Source Intelligence, in effect, is the 'eyes and ears' of Prime Creator, and its role is principally involved in expressing, upholding, and sustaining the will of Prime Creator. On a more personal level, it is a liberating force of energy-intelligence that serves to accelerate the expansion of consciousness and assist those who desire to unlimit themselves." "There are," according to the essay, "three particular life principles that accelerate the transformational experience and help to align the human instrument with the Sovereign Integral perspective. They are:
"When the individual applies these principles, their life experience reveals a deeper meaning to its apparently random events - both in the universal and personal contexts." The essay then proceeds to expound in turn upon each of these three life principles. The second essay, "The Shifting Models of Existence," draws into sharper focus the distinction between the "evolution / saviorship model of existence" and the "transformation / mastership" model. The first is the instrument of hierarchical control; the second is "the dominant model of Source Intelligence." "The Hierarchy," according to the Glossary, "extends throughout the cosmos to the very borders of discovery. It has branches that extend from every star system, every dimension; and virtually all life forms are 'leaves' of this cosmological tree. The Hierarchy constitutes the grand indoctrination of species, spirits, planets, and stars as they each evolve through the branches of the tree. It is an assemblage of externals that desire to invest their energies in support of a sub-group that has nested somewhere within the greatest of all structures: the Hierarchy. Service is the operational motive of the Hierarchy, and in most cases, this translates into the concept of saviorship." Further, according to "The Shifting Models of Existence," "The [H]ierarchy, through the purveyance of an evolution / saviorship model of existence, has attempted to guide the development of all entities throughout the Universe of Wholeness. The connection between the individual and the Source is subtly undermined through the layers of language, belief system manipulation, and ritual controls designed by the [H]ierarchy to intervene between the spiritual essence of entities and their source, Prime Creator." The mission of the WingMakers, then, as I understand it, is to facilitate this transformational paradigm shift on Planet Earth from the paradigm, or model of existence, that interposes the external agency of hierarchical control between the individual and Source, to the paradigm / model / realization that each sovereign individual is a fully fledged equal and co-creator with Source / Prime Creator, with full access to all dimensions of Source Intelligence, and no need for the intervention of, or control by, any intermediary. We do not use the same vocabulary; theirs seems to be considerably more precise than mine, and I may have misused their words in my attemps to paraphrase their meaning; but the harmony of intent between us is clear enough, and to me, is extraordinarily confirming of thoughts I have been struggling to articulate in my own mind for many years. Moreover, the WingMakers do not pose themselves as "enemies" of the Hierarchy, or to be more precise, as facilitators of an either / or shift between mutually exclusive paradigms / models; but rather as facilitators of a transcendent synthesis of both models. I find this perspective particularly liberating personally, for as long-standing tnp readers will know, I have harbored considerable resentment against, in effect, the Hierarchy, or as I have expressed it in more parochial language, the Aristocracy, the Priesthood, etc., in spite of the conceptual realization that all things work for the highest good in the long run. Until now it has been difficult for me to shift this noble concept from my mind to my heart; but the emergence of the WingMakers' transcendent philosophy from the innermost sanctum of that most hierarchical of hierarchical organizations on Earth, the National Security Agency, demonstrates the principle to me in a profoundly graphic way. Therefore I would like to conclude with a personal appeal to the Human and non-Human personalities of the Labyrinth Group. Through the ECHELON system mentioned in "Open Letter to the De Facto 'Leaders' of the World" [tnp vol. I, #21, 4/20/98] it is not entirely implausible that my words might come to your attention. If they do, I would address you as follows.
