"A Rambling Conversation, Part II"
by Govinda and Harmon

Dear Friends,

As mentioned in the preceding edition, at Govinda's suggestion we divided our conversation into two separate editions, as indicated by the out-of-sequence first entry below, with which our conversation (so far) has concluded. It seems an appropriate suggestion, as our conversation took quite a different turn at this point.

You can use my name Jos or Govinda, it's for me alike.

Thanks for your reply.
I will share this message I received too:

Hi,
This is too WEIRD! But....IF true...it concerns the Planet. And YOU are in that Planet! If you read further, you'll understand I don't mean to spam you. Because our very lives may be at stake.

Subject: [InTheShadows] aim to close down human consciousness by illuminati?

Please Read this Information if nothing else. It may seem bit wierd or strange, but actually affects everyone. You can Take it or Leave it. It is upto you! I received an email from David Icke (no do not run!) www.davidicke.com Enclosed but direct source is :
www.davidicke.com/icke/reading/wilder.html

He researches Conspiracy Fact's (!), the Mass Manipulation of the Planet by unseen forces and the Government, and addresses Spiritual Enlightenment / Consciousness Shift issue's.

This is related to the upliftment of consciousness that is going on the planet at the moment. And those of the illuminati - those who know and use esoteric knowledge to suppress people. Are going to perform Ritual's at Egypt on August 11th 1999 using Astrological Forces & Using the Earth's Energy Ley-Lines. They are aiming to CLOSE-DOWN our 3rd eye Consciousness. If this happens Turmoil is going to strike the PLANET. Making any Consciousness Shift difficult. Look at the Ancient Civilisations. The Mayan's who predict the Consciousness Shift (from this 3rd dimension to the 4th dimension) will happen on December 23rd 2012, The Aztec's, Inca's, Hopi Indians and so on... Look what happened to them. We are also the same Civilisation on the edge of Great Things to come and this is an attempt by those of Negative Dark Forces to try and stop us entering into the next age The Aquarian Age or a Shift of Consciousness & Dimension.

Please read the Attachment and pass this information on to like minded people.. lightworkers, Psychics, Channeler's, Spiritual Healers, Astrologer's. Any one else... Set up Meditation groups at Sacred Sites or as David Icke Suggests just spend a Few minutes Feeling, Meditating just pure love (it does no harm to try!).

Yes, Harmon, it would be nice to share our conversations or similar topics with your group.

I've shared your writings on our Govinda list a general purpose list to share with now 136 people on. ...[G]o ahead and share what you have communicated with me with the others of tnp.

Another question: 'The Corteum' does that exist or is Wingmakes fiction?

I've also heard via my Oxylife manual that the atoms of our body are not replaced in 7 years but in 18 months a 2 years. (I don't know if this is really so, but you told me in a previous writing 7 years.)

[This is slightly out of sequence, but in context, which is why it appears at this point in [brackets]. Harmon finally responded Saturday, 17 July:]

I regret, Sir, I never addressed your question about "The Corteum." "The Answer" is, "I don't know." As you know, I devoted three successive editions of The New Paradigm to the "Ancient Arrow" materials, the second of which, "Ancient Arrow Part II" (tnp vol. II #11, 4/22/99) addressed the idea the whole thing was a hoax. But hoax or no, the WingMakers' Philosophy stands on its own merits: somebody wrote it, it doesn't make a whole lot of difference to me who, or whether they are residents of Earth, or "Aliens from Outer Space," or Pandimensional Beings from another crossroads in spacetime. Anyway that series of articles is on line at www.olypen.com/harmon/tnpv2.htm, just in case you may have missed one or another of them. Additionally, last year I wrote another article about "Aliens from Outer Space" (tnp vol. I #37, 11/4/98) which is also on line with the others. Fact is, I don't "know" for sure whether there's any such thing as "Aliens from Outer Space;" but if there are, I know they're of the same stuff as I AM, and therefore "they" aren't really "Aliens" at all, no matter how funny "they" may look, or "how far away" "they" may have "originated."

Dear Govinda,

Thank you for the information. I am somewhat familiar with David Icke's books, having leafed through one recently at a book store. My impression was, he covered the ground pretty thoroughly on matters I too have been exploring for some time. If you're interested in delving into these things yourself, in addition to Icke's work, I have recently come upon a site with an enormous volume of what appears to me highly penetrating research which casts light into some very dark corners indeed. It's an enormous treatise titled, The Architecture of Modern Political Power "Compiled and edited, with introductory and interstitial essays and commentary, by Daniel Pouzzner," an independent system architect and system analyst at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. You may explore his site, if you wish, at

http://www.mega.nu:8080/conspiracy.html [*]

I myself have only scratched the surface of this vast collection, but what little I have read corresponds quite thoroughly, although in considerably greater detail than anything I have encountered before, with impressions I have gathered from diverse other sources, including David Icke.

In perusing Daniel Pouzzner's creation I find myself not in total union with his thesis, part of which is the conviction that the "New World Order" or "hidden government" cartel propagate their power through the spread of the Maitreyan religion.

"Maitreyanism can be described as theosophic authoritarian communism. It is almost identical to Naziism, nominally lacking only the institutionalized racism and adding only the Masonic unionism and the regimentation awareness taboo."

We all have our prejudices, and to me, Pouzzner reveals some of his in the following:

"The following three quotes from the Buddha underscore the unreality that is at the center of Buddhism in general, and Maitreyanism in particular:

'It is mind which gives things their quality, their foundation and their being.'

'Mind precedes reality, mind governs reality, mind creates reality.'

'[T]here is consciousness in all matter.'

"Taking them in order: (1) things are what they are regardless of what a person thinks. The sunlight one person sees comes from the exact same sun as the sunlight that another sees, and if one argues to the contrary, he is a nut. (2) Minds are parts of a single reality. This means that they cannot precede reality and cannot create reality. Minds can and do, of course, govern and manipulate other parts of reality. (3) Consciousness is a specific and systematic phenomenon. It is flat-out bonkers to maintain that electrons and stones and rain drops have any consciousness intrinsic to them at all. To do so is not only loony, it tears consciousness down to the level of a stone.

"The point of the Buddha's bizarre statements is to erode the follower's connection to reality, so that he can be controlled more easily. All religion is psychocognitive warfare. All religion exists solely to control the actions of people, by controlling the thoughts of people." [Quotes from Pouzzner's chapter on "The New Age."]

Well, yes, I can comprehend his statement, "All religion is psychocognitive warfare." And yet, there are devout followers, and leaders, of all religions whose hearts are pure and whose intentions are honorable, but whose understandings differ from Pouzzner's. I do not entirely disagree when he says, "All religion exists solely to control the actions of people, by controlling the thoughts of people;" yet even in the most cynically engineered of religious cults miracles do occur; "the lame walk; the blind see; lepers are cleansed."

When he says, "It is flat-out bonkers to maintain that electrons and stones and rain drops have any consciousness intrinsic to them at all. To do so is not only loony, it tears consciousness down to the level of a stone," as well as his preceding comments, Pouzzner discloses himself to be (unlike Icke) solidly of the materialist / rationalist persuasion; to which he is entitled without qualification. However, my personal observation, to which I am entitled as well, would be along the lines of Shakespeare's:

"There are more things in heaven and earth, Horatio,
Than are dreamt of in your philosophy."

The field of Human learning is littered with the detritus of exploded beliefs with which it was at one time or another "flat-out bonkers" to disagree. Specifically, I see nothing in the three quotes from the Buddha that jar my sensibilities as they seem to jar Pouzzner's.

Well, as I say, we all have our prejudices and blind spots, which are seldom visible to ourselves, but are glaringly obvious to others. In any case, I take my hat off to Pouzzner in sincere appreciation for his astounding tenacity and penetrating research; and I think you will find it highly informative and complimentary to the e-mail you received regarding the revelations of David Icke.

As to the significance of the planned ritual in Egypt this coming 11 August, I too received notification of that. My take on it, for whatever it's worth to you (I make no claims), is that if such a "diabolical" ritual is indeed planned "they" are playing with forces and agencies beyond "their" ken, and are likely to achieve a result quite contrary to "their" expectations. Images from the finale of the film, Raiders of the Lost Ark come to my mind, not necessarily as literal events; but I do believe the world, Planet Earth, Lady Gaia, to be a conscious, intelligent, purposeful entity who / which is now in the process of awakening, along with a great number of Human and possibly other residents upon / within her; and any endeavor to harness "occult forces" of any description, or from any source, for the purpose of inhibiting or reversing that awakening, is very likely to miscarry in totally unpredictable ways.

The one emotion I think is not appropriate on this occasion is that of fear. Dark forces indeed have held sway on this Planet for far longer than our most ancient historical records are able to penetrate into the past, as documented in part by Pouzzner, Icke and others. Their lever of control has always been, and remains: fear. That is the sole and entire source of whatever "power" they wield; and absent the "power" to instill fear they are literally "powerless." The reason I enclose "power" in this context in "quotes" is that "power" born of fear is counterfeit; real power springs from quite a different source.

The one way to root out fear and disable its associated "power" is deliberately and intentionally to replace it with love; just as the way to illuminate darkness is with light. There is nobody without this capability, for love is what all Existence is - including even the "darkest" of "dark forces." In both instances the relationship is asymmetrical and lopsided. "It's a one-way street:" darkness does not swallow up the light; and fear does not obliterate love. Rather, darkness can exist only in the (local) absence of light; and fear can exist only in the (local) absence of love; and You (and I) have always before Us the choice of whether to "curse the darkness" or "turn on the lights;" to cower in fear or pour forth the limitless love within each One of Us. That choice, unalienably Ours, is the real source of Our Power.

Expressed in words, that may sound highly idealistic, philosophical and/or far removed from "practical reality;" but in fact there are countless practical ways to feel, express and manifest love every moment of every day, in every situation, whether in company or in solitude. It begins with the intention, the simple choice, to do so. As Neale Walsch says - or the "God" speaking through him - in every situation ask, "What would Love choose?" It may not be the question that automatically springs to mind in most situations; but it is a habit that may be cultivated if We wish.

We have lived long in terror of "mighty foes;" we have grappled daily with "powers and principalities." As is unmistakably implied by the disclosures of Pouzzner, Icke and others, every institution of our so-called "civilizations," from the dawn of history to this very day and hour, that has relied upon fear for its function, has been an act of war levied by desperate, fearful men against their fellows. This includes all so-called "governments," "laws," "authorities," "religions" and "moral codes" imposed coercively / fraudulently upon "anybody" by "anybody else." The "power" of such counterfeit "powers and principalities" is an illusion, a fraud and a sham, for it relies entirely upon fear for its artificial nourishment and perpetuation, and precludes love between and among Sovereign Beings falsely claimed to be under its "jurisdiction." That is why all "governments" practice the universal strategy, "divide and rule;" for no-one ever "ruled" anybody save by "division," i.e. by artificially induced strife, mistrust and fear. It is the foundation of every "law" that has ever issued from the pen of a "legislator," and every "commandment" ever graven by the finger of a fictitious "God."

These may seem like extravagantly sweeping statements, but careful contemplation may disclose (again, I make no claims) that their primary fault is that they are not sweeping or comprehensive enough. If so, what "practical action" would be appropriate under the circumstances? Must we rise up and overthrow the "usurpers of our liberties?" Such a project seems doubtful to me, for I can behold in Human history no ultimately successful revolution or insurrection against the "powers and principalities" who seem to enslave the peoples of the Earth, ever. The American Revolution, the French Revolution, the Bolshevik Revolution, to name a few of the more recent endeavors of this kind, were dismal failures for all but the perpetual "rulers of this world." This comes as no surprise, come to think about it, for all wars are motivated by fear, and so are never "part of the solution," but are always "part of the problem."

Neither one nor many may manifest love whilst exercising fear; but each of Us, at any time, may exercise the universal choice of turning entirely away from fear and replacing it with love. That We can do, which I think to be at once the more productive and prudent course. In this sense it may be wise to recall the (alleged) Chinese proverb, "Glasshoppa in agument with Chicken, arways long!" The point here, as I see it, is not who is in any circumstance either a "grasshopper" or a "chicken," but whether one is engaged in an argument. Arguments (wars) are not motivated by love, and consequently do not yield positive results. War is simply not a strategy that "works." (In my opinion.)

Therefore I regard the disclosures of Pouzzner, Icke and others to be the natural consequence of the process of illumination currently under way with mounting momentum in the contemporary world. We are evidently living in a dawning time of Light and Love - what I and others have been calling a paradigm shift - of global scope and unprecedented historical significance; and one of its inevitable consequences is the illumination of darkness and the banishment of fear. When suddenly "turning on the lights" in a dark and seldom visited room, one is likely to behold many "unpleasant" and potentially horrifying apparitions: cobwebs and spiders in the corners, possibly vermin scurrying for cover in the remaining shadows, and so forth. Ghouls, goblins and ghosts without number may inhabit the darkness; but even the legends and myths agree that such denizens of the dark cannot endure the dawn. And so, as the illumination rises on Planet Earth, many dark and despicable deeds are coming to light; but because they may only be conducted in the dark, their illusory "power" vanishes at dawn.

So if the mystics of the "hidden government" elect to conduct "diabolical rituals" in connection with the 11 August eclipse, so be it; and so be the consequences, if any, to them. But as for You and I, let us fear not, but turn Our eyes, and hearts, and spirits to the Light and Love that is eternally and inseverably Ours; for therein lies Our limitless and incontestable Power, forever and ever, amen.

Love & Light,
Harmon
