We believe it is of vital importance at this time to focus maximum creative attention and intention upon "where we want to go," and deliberately to withdraw our attention from the particulars of, and resistance to "what we don't like;" for by the Law of Attraction [see paragraph 3.5.1. below], "The focus of one's attention, in thought, emotion, word, and deed, is what is attracted into one's manifest experience." No one gets "where we want to go" by focusing attention upon "where we don't want to go;" just as one is not likely to arrive safely driving forward, yet looking only in the rear-view mirror. Where we want to go, the sponsors of and contributors to this Web site, and where we want to live, is in what may be called an Empire of Love, as distinguished from the "empire of fear" that has characterized the "old paradigm" [4] world as we humans have experienced it on this planet throughout the course of recorded history and prehistory. Accordingly, we have drafted, and continue to modify and perfect, our vision of what an Empire of Love should actually be like, how it will "work," what it will "feel" like, how it will sustain itself, and maintain its continuity through the exigencies of time, and the flux of endless change. A preliminary outline of our vision, titled Prayer, and Statement of Purpose, follows these prefatory remarks. We invite any and all who are interested enough to do so to participate in the ongoing process of expanding, modifying, refining, perfecting our vision, and in combining our efforts in all appropriate ways toward bringing our vision of an Empire of Love into manifest actuality. The objective here is to arrive at a consensus, and to create a thought form which envisions "what we want" to replace "what we've got" in the contemporary world of our daily experience, with sufficient strength and coherency to summon the assistance of powerful spiritual and/or Cosmic forces in harmony with the intent of "That Which Creates All That Is." Prayer, and Statement of Purpose
1. Preamble
On behalf of all humanity on planet Earth without exception, the
following is addressed to That Which Creates All That Is; by we
who, sharing amongst ourselves the following statements, thereby
express them. Stated most generally, "We are humans becoming.
Please help us to become. Thank You for Everything. We have no
complaint about anything."
2. The Human Predicament
2.1. Let it be acknowledged, without going into specifics, that
every human on Earth, and consequently Earth herself, and
all life upon her, are right now in a very serious "predica-
ment," in which all planetary life is in jeopardy.
2.2. This is not a new condition that has arisen suddenly, beyond
any possibility of human influence, as in the appearance of
a collision-course asteroid, but is of human origin and
development over a long historical period.
2.3. A reversal of this trend is necessary, and because we humans
have, deliberately or through neglect and acquiescence,
brought this predicament upon ourselves, it is incumbent
upon us to initiate the required reversal - by formulating
and putting into effect a "new paradigm" which will prompt
alternatives to all patterns of human action which have
brought about the human predicament.
2.4. Because we do not exist in a vacuum, but are the purposeful
creations of That Which Creates All That Is, we may expect
abundant and powerful assistance in our endeavor to bring
about a "new paradigm" on Earth, should it be our choice to
do so. However, it is contrary to universal principles that
we should be miraculously "rescued" from a predicament we
have brought upon ourselves.
3. Universal Principles
3.1. The first principle of being is being itself: existence:
"I AM." This is at once an impenetrable mystery and an unde-
niable Cosmic Fact - for All That Is, and for each indi-
vidual. From the Cosmic Fact of existence all things
follow, and this singular Reality draws together all beings
and things into One Singular Whole.
3.2. Therefore, no existing being or thing has intrinsic prior-
ity over any other. All share the remarkable, incomprehen-
sible property of existence. An atom is no less remarkable
than a galaxy; a horsefly is no less remarkable than a
horse; a mouse is no less remarkable than a man; a common
infant is no less remarkable than an emperor.
3.3. The Whole of All That Is is so fashioned that every iden-
tifiable element within it is a "wholographic" reflection of
the Whole: an atom is a microcosm of the universe; a wo/man
is an echo of the Creator. "As above, so below."
3.4. All "parts" of All That Is, at every scale, and on every
level, are in their spheres, creative, purposeful, intelli-
gent, and aware; correspondingly, so is the Whole of Cosmos.
"As below, so above."
3.5. Cosmos is governed by Cosmic Law, which is applicable at all
times, everywhere. Cosmic Law is not "legislated" by some
overarching "Authority." Cosmic Law, as stated in words, is
simply a description of "how things work" in Cosmos. Thought
and action formulated in accordance with Cosmic Law leads to
predictable, intended results; and otherwise, to unintended,
often "disagreeable" results. Four Cosmic Laws are of par-
ticular importance to the human predicament:
3.5.1. Attraction: "like attracts like;" "what you give is
what you get." The focus of one's attention, in
thought, emotion, word, and deed, is what is
attracted into one's manifest experience. Con-
versely, all that one experiences is attracted by
and is a reflection of the aggregate focus of one's
attention in thought, emotion, word, and deed.
3.5.2. Intention: deliberate, intentional focus of atten-
tion (or its lack) governs what is attracted into
manifestation.
3.5.3. Allowance: all are allowed to intend, attract, and
do what they choose.
3.5.4. Balance: the "null point" between all extremes. To
be balanced is to be at rest. Because "all is in
motion," balance is dynamic, not static, and
requires innumerable "mid-course corrections" in
response to constantly changing circumstances. It
is achieved and maintained by the enlightened appli-
cation of the prior three Cosmic Laws.
3.6. Every human is inherently imbued with a capacity for free
will, and by the Law of Allowance has limitless scope in
which to exercise said freedom. This is so in part, because
if it were not, no one would chafe at any abridgment of
liberty.
3.7. Emotion, not thought, is the most potent element in the
activation of the Four Cosmic Laws, particularly the Law of
Attraction. Of the emotions, two are particularly powerful,
for "weal or woe," in the process of creative manifestation,
because each strongly attracts itself:
3.7.1. Love, or the flow of interactive creative energy;
3.7.2. Fear, the sense of vulnerability and isolation aris-
ing from the failure to perceive one's inseverable
connection to That Which Creates All That Is.
4. The "Old Paradigm"
4.1. The "old paradigm," although having roots on Earth going
back possibly tens of thousands of years, is not really
very "old." It is a product, and an endless source, of fear.
Fear is prompted by a lapse in the fundamental understanding
that "All are One." There is a mistaken perception at the
core of the "old paradigm" that each individual is isolated
and "on its own" as a microscopic and insignificant nonen-
tity, at sea in a vast and hostile universe. This is the
attitude of a victim.
4.2. The "old paradigm" is characterized by a fear of annihila-
tion; therefore "survival" is its most fundamental issue.
It presumes that there is available only a limited supply
of the "necessities of life," and consequently that compe-
tition and struggle decide between those who are "fit" and
"survive," and those who are "unfit" and "perish." Life is
thus seen as a bitter "struggle to the death," and a perpet-
ual war of "every man against every man." Life for the
"losers" is perceived as "solitary, poor, nasty, brutish,
and short." [Thomas Hobbes, 1588-1679]
4.3. The "old paradigm" solution to this disagreeable state of
affairs is the institution of hierarchy, which divides all
strata of human society between "nobility" and "commoners,"
or "rulers" and "ruled," or "teachers" and "pupils," or
"masters" and "slaves," or "haves" and "have-nots." It is
noteworthy that "nobility" and "commoners" alike share these
"old paradigm" perceptions, and are consequently alike
responsible for them.
4.3.1. The "nobility," or "ruling class," are perceived to
be characterized by wealth, power, cultural sophis-
tication, and the presumed wisdom to fulfill their
responsibilities - "noblesse oblige" - to the "com-
moners." They are "fit," as demonstrated by their
wealth, power, and cultural sophistication.
4.3.2. The "commoners" are perceived as characteristically
deficient in wealth, power, cultural sophistication,
and the wisdom to govern themselves or act respon-
sibly. They are "unfit" for civilized society, and
unless kept under control, are constantly prone
to "run amok" and destroy the social fabric, so
painstakingly put in place by the "nobility."
4.4. The progression of every "old paradigm" civilization is
toward endlessly increasing control, by any and all means,
of the "commoners" by the "nobility;" and of the "nobility"
by each other within the structure of their established
hierarchy. The inevitable result is an increasingly stifling
society which has no alternative, one way or another, to
eventual self-destruction; because it functions in disregard
of the Law of Allowance, and unavoidably exercises the Law
of Attraction. It attracts to itself accumulating layers of
control and complexity, creating a descending spiral of
tightening coils of tyranny, the final goal of which may be
expressed as the single unenforceable "law:" "Everything not
prohibited is compulsory." Balance is categorically una-
chievable for an "old paradigm" civilization.
4.5. At the contemporary stage of human events, the "old para-
digm" is so firmly and comprehensively entrenched globally
that it cannot be reversed by any form of resistance or
opposition. By the Law of Attraction, fear-motivated resis-
tance to the "old paradigm" plan strengthens its strangle-
hold on the planet quite as effectively as does its fear-
motivated promotion; for more of the same is in either case
attracted into manifestation.
4.6. There is nevertheless a very effective way to derail the
planned "progress" of "old paradigm" civilization on planet
Earth, and substitute an alternative, and far more satisfac-
tory "end of the story." This is entirely within the scope
of Cosmic Law, and cannot be sabotaged by the planners. The
appropriate method is to apply the Law of Attraction and the
Law of Deliberate Intent to withdraw our attention alto-
gether from the machinations of "old paradigm" civilization,
and focus it instead upon an entirely "new paradigm." This
is not "playing the game" of opposition, competition, and
war, at which the planners are past masters. It is "changing
the game" and bringing it into deliberate harmony with the
Law of Allowance, thereby eventually fulfilling the Law of
Balance in an entirely "new paradigm" civilization. This
strategy is beyond the ken of the "old paradigm" planners,
and if put into effect, their only strategy for subverting
it is to draw attention back to the "old paradigm" game of
fear, competition, and war.
5. The "New Paradigm"
5.1. The "new paradigm" is a product of love. Just as the "old
paradigm" is not really very "old," so the "new paradigm" is
not at all "new," but has its foundation in the inmost heart
of That Which Creates All That Is. The "new paradigm" is
"new" only to the contemporary and historical human inhabi-
tants of planet Earth. One way of approaching it is by say-
ing that the "new paradigm" is in every way 180° "out of
phase" with the "old paradigm." Where the "old paradigm"
sees each individual as a victim, fearfully orphaned and
isolated in a hostile universe, the "new paradigm" sees
clearly that "All are One," and each is embraced by the Cos-
mic Love at the core of All That Is. This is the attitude
of a victor.
5.2. Where the "old paradigm" is terrified of annihilation, and
prompts tireless toil to secure for oneself the meager
"necessities of life" before they are consumed by one's com-
petitors for "survival," the "new paradigm" is exuberantly
involved in immortality and timelessness, and rejoices in
the limitless abundance of All That Is. War, of any kind,
on any scale, is unimaginable in a "new paradigm" civiliza-
tion, for the Law of Attraction is applicable, and war is
not among the phenomena desired by, or attracted to, those
attuned to the "new paradigm."
5.3. Unlike the "old paradigm," the "new paradigm" does not
require "solutions," for it is not involved with "problems."
The "new paradigm" harmonizes perfectly with the Law of
Allowance; which is its most striking dissimilarity to the
"old paradigm." There are no "social classes" under the "new
paradigm," because All are One. No one either claims or
accepts "ownership" of one person by another, for any rea-
son, on any level, in any context; for this would be out of
harmony with the Law of Allowance. Under the "new paradigm,"
there simply are no "nobility" and "commoners," no "rulers"
and "ruled," no "teachers" and "pupils," no "masters" and
"slaves," no "haves" and "have-nots;" and the only "law,"
inexorable as the "law of gravity," is threefold:
5.3.1. Do whatever you like.
5.3.2. Allow all others the same liberty.
5.3.3. Failure in any degree to observe point 5.3.2. auto-
matically abrogates to a similar extent point 5.3.1.
5.4. The progression of a "new paradigm" civilization is a widen-
ing spiral of limitlessly expanding creative scope and
vision. Its only applicable law is Cosmic Law, and its par-
ticipants maintain a dynamic balance with one another, and
with All That Is, while exuberantly surfing the curl of the
expanding spiral with the assurance that "Nothing can pos-
sibly go wrong, for everything is out of control!"
5.5. The "new paradigm" comes into manifestation on Earth, in
complete replacement of every nuance of the "old paradigm,"
not by resistance and opposition, but by purposeful, inten-
tional focus of attention by a relatively small but critical
portion of humanity; just as the "old paradigm" is likewise
the intentional work of a small, purposeful group of indi-
viduals. Notwithstanding the formidable position of appar-
ently unassailable entrenchment currently occupied by the
"old paradigm," the agenda of those in tune with the "new
paradigm" enjoys incalculable advantages; for the "new par-
adigm" is by definition and intent in perfect harmony with
That Which Creates All That Is, and with Cosmic Law. This
is no small thing, and it stands in stark contrast to the
"old paradigm." All that is required to shift the balance
between the paradigms is for a sufficient number of individ-
uals to focus and maintain their purposeful attention upon
a consensus intention for manifestation of a "new paradigm"
reality. For this project, abundant assistance of limitless
power is immediately available. In order to bring this
assistance to bear, we must reach a consensus on "what it
is we want." The purpose behind this document is to assist
in bringing the required attention into focus.
6. Prayer, and Statement of Purpose
6.1. On behalf of all humanity on planet Earth without exception,
the following is addressed to That Which Creates All That
Is. Expressed most generally, "We are humans becoming.
Please help us to become." More specifically, it is our
intent to replace, within ourselves individually, and
throughout our shared experience of becoming, the "old para-
digm," as described in item 4, above, with the "new para-
digm" described in item 5; and so to inhabit in love, peace,
harmony, and balance a world, solar system, galaxy, uni-
verse, and Cosmos governed consciously and exclusively by
Cosmic Law. We hereby request help in this endeavor.
6.2. Specifically, please help us to bring into experienced mani-
festation a world characterized by the following properties:
6.2.1. The prevailing emotion among humans is love, or the
flow of interactive creative energy; mutual trust;
cooperation; mutual self respect; and honor by each,
of the sovereign liberty of every individual.
6.2.2. The only legitimate governance is self-governance.
Those who have not learned how to govern themselves
in harmony with Cosmic Law, and to take full respon-
sibility for their own choices, are not attracted by
a "new paradigm" civilization.
6.2.3. Energy, being the "stuff of the universe," is end-
lessly abundant, and technologies for harnessing
this abundant energy, and putting it to human use,
are in unlimited and widespread use throughout the
planet. The technologies which make energy freely
available share the following properties:
6.2.3.1. They are clean. They produce no byproducts
which are not gracefully and harmlessly
assimilated by the biological environment
and absorbed by productive biological pro-
cesses.
6.2.3.2. Each energy unit is simple to operate,
compact, and capable of supplying locally
sufficient energy for all human tasks,
including propulsion, for which an energy
source is required.
6.2.4. Commerce, most broadly defined, consists of all
exchanges among existing beings, and is thus effec-
tively synonymous with life. Because the natural
human condition is one of limitless abundance, the
objective of "new paradigm" commerce is not "pro-
fit," the goal of "old paradigm" commerce. The
objective of "new paradigm" commerce is balance,
or fulfillment of the Cosmic Law of Balance through
enlightened application of the prior three Cosmic
Laws. Therefore, the following may be observed of
"new paradigm" commerce:
6.2.4.1. Money, if or when used, is backed by goods
or services of genuinely equal value and
is never, as in "old paradigm" commerce,
used as an instrument of theft, fraud,
deception, or social control. Any of these
creates an imbalance, and is not in har-
mony with Cosmic Law.
6.2.4.2. "New paradigm" industry, or manufacturing,
the creation of goods for life enhancement
and human commerce, is strikingly differ-
ent from "old paradigm" industry, inasmuch
as it emulates the natural processes of
manufacture in living organisms. In par-
ticular, no "new paradigm" industry pro-
duces byproducts that are not themselves
the inputs to other productive processes.
That is, there are NO "hazardous wastes"
produced by "new paradigm" industry. "New
paradigm" industry does not produce any
"use-it-and-throw-it-away" products, such
as plastic bottles, tires, batteries, cir-
cuit boards bound for obsolescence the day
they are shipped, ...etc. This is a "tall
order," but absolutely essential to the
health and balance of the planet, and of
all resident beings. Nature has already
demonstrated the example of producing an
endless variety of useful products in vast
quantities - without producing any non-
assimilable byproducts. Human creativity
and invention, in collaboration with
Divine guidance, follow the example of
Nature with "new paradigm" industry.
6.2.5. Human relationships and social structures are given
their "shapes," "colors," and other defining charac-
teristics by the unique individuals attracted into
them. Their qualities are naturally various, unique,
and unpredictable. Nevertheless, some generaliza-
tions may be ventured in provisional elaboration.
6.2.5.1. The most striking dissimilarity between
"new paradigm" relationships, of every
kind, and at every level, and their "old
paradigm" counterparts, is that no one
"owns" anyone else, in any way, or for any
reason. Each individual is sovereign, and
any act to compromise the sovereignty of
an individual is directly counter to the
Cosmic Law of Allowance, and has the imme-
diate effect of voiding the sovereignty of
the entity so acting.
6.2.5.2. It is not certain, but appears probable,
that the largest of distinct "new para-
digm" communities will number no more than
a few thousand individuals. There is an
indefinite point beyond which a community
ceases to function as a community, and
degenerates instead into a "mass of human-
ity." The latter condition is useful to
the controllers of "old paradigm" socie-
ties; however, it serves no useful pur-
pose for "new paradigm" societies, and
carries with it many disadvantages which
there is no need to accept.
6.2.5.3. "New paradigm" communities are character-
ized by a rich mixture of ages. The very
young, the very old, and all ages between
mix and mingle freely in all parts of the
community. This is primarily how the young
learn who they are, develop their inter-
ests and skills; and in general it is the
natural way things are done in a coopera-
tive community. The less skilled learn by
example and association from the more
skilled in any cooperative human endeavor.
There is probably no institutional coun-
terpart in a "new paradigm" community to
"school," or "education" as it has existed
in "old paradigm" societies; for their
only purpose in the latter case is indoc-
trination and social control, which have
no place in a "new paradigm" community.
6.2.5.4. "New paradigm" communities form around
common interests, of which there are an
endless variety; and consequently an end-
less variety of unique communities of
various shapes, sizes, and characters.
Because life is richly abundant, energy
is virtually free, and transportation is
virtually effortless, there is no "work
ethic" as promoted in "old paradigm" soci-
eties. Individuals and groups do what they
do because it is what they are genuinely
interested in; and they continue as long,
and no longer, as the interest is sponta-
neously sustained. Thus "work" and "play"
are indistinguishable, for young and old
alike.
6.2.6. Human creativity, ideas, inventions, inspirations,
creative works, are by default non-proprietary,
because human creativity never occurs in a vacuum.
It is always the product of many minds, many crea-
tive influences, most not even consciously known to
the person seized by a creative impulse. Therefore,
it is false, and typically "old paradigm," to lay
exclusive claim to a creative work as one's proprie-
tary "intellectual property." The benefits of freely
sharing human creativity vastly outweigh its alleged
"costs."
6.2.6.1. Even the most brilliant idea or creation
is never so perfect it cannot be improved.
Many improvements are often not perceived
by the "originator" of a creative impulse,
yet may be quickly grasped by another mind
with a unique point of view. Everyone who
benefits by a creative idea benefits even
more by its improvement.
6.2.6.2. Creativity spawns creativity. The creative
work of one person often suggests to ano-
ther a new innovation, or invention, based
upon the original work. Binding the origi-
nal under a proprietary claim renders
derivative works difficult or impossible
to produce; while making it freely avail-
able for incorporation into derivative
works may spawn a surprising cascade of
useful inventions and works.
6.2.6.3. In a "new paradigm" civilization of limit-
less freedom and abundance, there are no
advantages, and many disadvantages, to
proprietary claims upon human creativity.
Therefore, by default, human creativity is
non-proprietary. It is incumbent upon
individuals wishing to maintain proprie-
tary claims upon their creativity to take
appropriate measures to secure it.
6.2.7. Property ownership is a profoundly important "old
paradigm" issue, because scarcity is believed to be
the prevailing default condition of life. In a world
of limitless abundance, as perceived in the "new
paradigm," ownership may be of little or no impor-
tance. This is a matter we do not wish to anticipate
with rigidity; however, some observations may be
worthy of note.
6.2.7.1. It may be fairly argued that "ownership"
of anything which is not eternal is an
illusion; e.g. one's body, one's clothes,
one's automobile, one's home. In the eter-
nal flux of being/becoming, all such so-
called "possessions" come and go, appear
and disappear with changing circumstances.
In the largest sense of what one eternally
is, what belonging to one's self that
does not maintain continuity through all
circumstances, through all "lifetimes,"
can truthfully be said to be owned?
6.2.7.2. "Real estate," or "real property" consist-
ing of segments of the Earth fenced off
for its "owners'" exclusive use, seems as
contrary to universal principle and Cosmic
Law as the concept of "intellectual pro-
perty." It's on a par with staking a claim
to a specific slice of ocean, or owning a
cloud. In the largest sense, land is as
fluid a medium as the sea, or as the ocean
of air enveloping the planet. Land is
usually more viscous than sea or air, but
fluid and mutable nevertheless; and
equally as evasive of longstanding claims
of "ownership." For confirmation of this,
examine the history of a political map of
any region on Earth over the course of,
say, the past thousand years.
6.2.7.3. The tradition of "owning real estate" has
its origin in the practice of conquest and
plunder. The "landed aristocracy" acquired
their status originally and universally,
either directly or indirectly, by armed
conquest. In the final analysis all exclu-
sive land holdings, such as empires,
nations, and private homes, are monuments
to the forceful imposition of human will
by some upon others, and are therefore in
"violation" of Cosmic Law; which is to say
they produce unintended negative conse-
quences for all participants.
6.2.7.4. As in commerce, Nature provides numerous
examples from which humans may learn pro-
fitable lessons. Many natural (non-human)
life forms are migratory or highly mobile.
They do not stake claims to parcels of
"real estate," but move freely over large
geographic regions, which they share with
all other resident life forms. Even for-
ests, which sink roots into the soil in
which they are planted, cannot be said to
have staked an exclusive claim to the
land they occupy. They share it with other
life forms, which they shelter and nurture
by their presence there. Sometimes trees
are blown over, or washed away by flood;
or an entire forest is consumed by fire.
In such cases their place on the fluid
land is taken up by other life forms.
6.2.7.5. In a "new paradigm" civilization, we
believe Earth's surface will be shared by
universal accord, amicably and harmoni-
ously by all, and will be "owned" by none.
6.3. And so it is. The above paragraphs constitute our prayer for
assistance in bringing into manifestation a "new paradigm"
alternative to the "old paradigm" world in which we have
dwelled throughout our lives and historical memories. We are
humans becoming. Please help us to become. Thank You for
Everything. We have no complaint about anything.
7. About This Document
7.1. This document may be reproduced, transmitted, stored, or
utilized in any form, for any purpose, by any means, includ-
ing electronic, photographic, or by any information storage
and retrieval system, in original or modified form, in whole
or in part, without permission from anyone; provided this
section, "About This Document," is included unchanged.
7.2. This document is intended as a seed from which may grow a
consensus statement among humans becoming of resonant incli-
nation, of specifically "what it is we want" help in bring-
ing into manifestation. It is intended that every time this
document is exchanged, in original or modified form, it con-
stitutes not only an exchange of thought between human minds
but also a prayer addressed to That Which Creates All That
Is: requesting assistance by any appropriate means in bring-
ing into manifestation the circumstances described herein.
In this way it is intended that a consensus thought form
gradually takes spontaneous shape within the spirits, minds,
bodies, and daily experience of those who intentionally
participate in its development.
