Following are a collection of online reference sources which we believe signifacantly enhance the usefulness of the Freedom Digital Library, in somewhat the same way a dog enhances its tail.
Bartleby.com: "The preeminent Internet publisher of literature, reference and verse providing students, researchers and the intellectually curious with unlimited access to books and information on the web, free of charge."
Libertarian Microfiche Publishing "...has been active since 1978, reproducing the mostly out of print back-issues of the at first merely duplicated and later offset PEACE PLANS series which began in 1964 and, by 1977, had reached only 21 paper issues. It was continued, from 1978 onwards, exclusively on microfiche. Since then PEACE PLANS has been expanded to 1545 issues, mostly with many more pages (over 300 average) than was previously possible, offering a total of close to 500,000 pages."
The Open Directory Project "is the largest, most comprehensive human-edited directory of the Web. It is constructed and maintained by a vast, global community of volunteer editors."
